What will you be doing?
- Organizing the work of the development and implementation team using Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Managing LMS implementation projects (corporate universities, online schools, EdTech startups).
- Facilitating Scrum processes (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives).
- Ensuring task completion on time, managing priorities and resources.
- Analyzing LMS user engagement and developing a retention strategy.
- Automating project reporting based on key metrics (Retention, user activity, Net Revenue Retention).
- Collaborating with Sales Managers and Account Methodologists to identify Upsell opportunities.
What skills do we need?
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master in IT, EdTech, or SaaS.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum and ability to implement processes in the team.
- Experience managing multi-tasking projects (5-15 at a time).
- Analytical skills and experience working with Retention, Churn Rate, and Upsell metrics.
- Proficiency in Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Trello, or other task management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work with clients and resolve conflicts.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in EdTech, AI startups, or SaaS.
- Knowledge of BI tools (Google Sheets, Data Studio, Notion).
- Experience in developing and implementing LMS processes.
- Understanding of learning content automation principles.
