What will you be doing?

  • Closing B2B SaaS/EdTech/AI deals with an average annual contract value of $30,000+.
  • Leading full sales cycles: discovery, product demo, negotiation, contract signing.
  • Communicating directly with C-Level executives, L&D Directors, HR Leaders worldwide.
  • Delivering product presentations to VP & CEO level.
  • Managing sales funnel in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, PipeDrive).
  • Collaborating closely with the product and client success teams to tailor solutions.
  • Continuously identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Working with global clients across the US, Europe, and Asia.

What skills do we need?

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, EdTech, AI, consulting).
  • Proven track record of closing mid-size and enterprise deals ($30,000+ ACV).
  • Experience negotiating with top management and C-level clients.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1+).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to explain complex tech solutions in simple business terms.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, PipeDrive).
  • High level of proactivity and ownership.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in SaaS startups or AI-powered EdTech companies.
  • Deep understanding of consultative sales approach.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive your own sales pipeline.
